The project carries a total investment of ₹1,663.15 crore, with detailed budget allocations including ₹689.20 crore for civil works, ₹72.24 crore for land acquisition, ₹259.40 crore for additional costs, and ₹394.19 crore for dismantling existing structures. The highway will be developed as a 20-meter wide, four-lane stretch with comprehensive infrastructure including three major bridges, six minor bridges, 103 culverts, a railway overbridge, two vehicular underpasses, 48 bus stands, and 88.81 kilometers of drainage systems. The project follows an EPC model with an average investment of ₹30.59 crore per kilometer and a planned 24-month completion timeline, with phased spending authorized at 50% in 2026-27, 70% in 2027-28, and 100% by 2028-29. Long-term maintenance funding has been allocated through 2033-34, and the project includes modernization of 16 major and 18 minor intersections along the route.
