SR University's fourth convocation ceremony took place on its Warangal campus with about 1,500 graduates across multiple programs. The university conferred an honorary doctorate (Honoris Causa) on Kuchipudi dancer Deepika Reddy for her work in preserving and promoting Indian classical dance. V. Ramgopal Rao, Group Vice-Chancellor of BITS Pilani campuses and former IIT Delhi director, served as chief guest and urged graduates to remain curious, resilient, and value-driven in contributing to India's development through innovation and entrepreneurship. Vice-Chancellor Deepak Garg highlighted the university's achievements, including placement in the top 100 institutions in the National Institutional Ranking Framework for four consecutive years and ranking in the 801-1000 band in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026. The ceremony was attended by Chancellor A. Varada Reddy, Pro-Chancellor A. Madhukar Reddy, and other senior university officials.
