Seven people — all women, including the driver — were transported to hospital; five were in serious condition and two had minor injuries, though two remained in critical condition as of Friday afternoon. London Police Chief Thai Truong stated that investigators have evidence the vehicle accelerated into the building, and the driver has been arrested with criminal charges anticipated. Truong also confirmed there is no evidence to suggest terrorism was involved.
