Radial Entertainment Appoints Former Paramount Executive Brendon Thomas as Chief Revenue Officer

Brendon Thomas, a former senior executive at Paramount Global, has been hired as chief revenue officer of Radial Entertainment, a company focused on monetizing content libraries through distribution and licensing. Thomas previously worked with Radial CEO Jeff Shultz at Paramount and led major distribution deals and partnerships. The hire reflects Radial's strategy to capitalize on growing demand for premium advertising inventory and free ad-supported streaming services.
Radial Entertainment has appointed Brendon Thomas as chief revenue officer, tasking him with overseeing revenue generation through the company's content library via distribution, licensing, advertising, and business development. Thomas joins CEO Jeff Shultz, who was hired last December after serving as chief strategy officer at Paramount Streaming, where the two previously collaborated for nearly a decade. Thomas will oversee a team including sales co-heads Julie Dansker and Daniel Gagliardi, as well as Matt Katrosar, who leads global advertising and partnerships. At Paramount, Thomas was senior vice president of distribution and business development, and previously served as head of global distribution at Pluto TV, where he helped the platform reach $1 billion in annual revenue by 2021. In his statement, Thomas emphasized the value of independent content libraries in the current market, citing demand for premium ad-supported video-on-demand (AVOD) inventory and the early-stage growth of free ad-supported streaming (FAST) services.
