The hotel anchors a three-level Nobu Restaurant featuring a ground-floor lounge, first-floor show kitchen and dining room, an intimate eight-seat sushi bar on the third level, and a rooftop venue with city views. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's signature Japanese-Peruvian dishes—including black cod miso, rock shrimp tempura, and yellowtail sashimi—will be available to guests via room service and restaurant dining, with priority reservations for suite guests.
