Brandt Graham, a 44-year-old patched member of the Mongols outlaw motorcycle gang, was arrested by Northern Territory Police in the Palmerston suburb of Durack after jumping the dock at Darwin Local Court and evading capture for five days. Body-worn camera footage released by police shows Graham attempting to flee when officers pulled over a vehicle he was travelling in, before being tracked and apprehended by police dog Cheeko and Strike Force Trident officers. At the time of arrest, police allege Graham was carrying a trafficable quantity of methamphetamine, a butterfly knife, and cash. Graham was already facing drug and firearms charges related to an investigation into alleged large-scale drug supply of methamphetamine and cannabis on behalf of the Mongols gang following his release from prison in September 2025. The multi-unit manhunt involved the Fugitive Taskforce, Gang Taskforce, Strike Force Trident, and Dog Operations Unit, resulting in seven arrests including a 26-year-old man charged with aiding and abetting Graham's escape.

The advice comes as Maye heads into his third season facing a more challenging schedule than the Patriots' beneficial one from last year.
